
Managing chronic pain sucks. But if you’re reading this, you don’t need me to tell you that.
When I first started trying to manage my chronic pain at home, I felt really lost and really overwhelmed. But I realized pretty quickly that there are some things that ALWAYS bring me comfort, and when I can access comfort quickly, my day-to-day quality of life changes drastically.

My body temp tends to run HOT, so at first, I thought I’d hate a heated mattress pad. But boyyyy was I WRONG.
Every night, I pre-heat my bed so that when I get into it, it’s already warmed up for me. And when I tell you I audibly exhale with RELIEF every time I climb into bed, I’m NOT joking.
Because I run hot, I turn the temp down to a lower setting when I’m ready to actually sleep so that it stays a little warm all night, but not scorching hot. And it is LIFE CHANGING.
